Delivery
We use Royal Mail as our courier and we offer UK wide free standard delivery (2-4 working days) with every order over £50 or for only £2.99 you can upgrade to our premium service (1-2 working days)
For orders of under £50 delivery charges are £3.49 for standard or £4.99 for premium.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri on the same day, orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next day (Mon-Fri) We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. In exceptional cases order processing can take longer but every effort will be made to complete your order promptly.
Returns and Refunds
If you have changed your mind about the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unused and still in the retail packaging. EXTENDED FOR THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD - RETURNS VALID UNTIL 15TH JANUARY 2026.
We are not responsible for the return postage cost of the items unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning footwear, The box is part of the product - please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Please make sure that your order reference is enclosed with your goods - no reference may result in your return not being processed.
